REFUND POLICY


1. Overview

At RatingMasters, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for our digital marketing services.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 24 hours of purchase and service has NOT been initiated
  • The service was not delivered as described
  • Technical errors on our end prevented service delivery
  • Duplicate payments were made accidentally

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Service delivery has already commenced or been completed
  • Customer provided incorrect account information (wrong username, private account, etc.)
  • Social media platform removed the delivered followers/likes/reviews after delivery
  • Customer changed their mind after service delivery has started
  • Violation of our Terms of Service by the customer
  • Requests made after 24 hours from purchase

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where service was partially delivered, we may offer:

  • A partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion
  • Service credit to be used toward future orders
  • Completion of the remaining service at a rescheduled time

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Step 1: Contact us at ratingmastersservices@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase
  • Step 2: Include your order number, payment receipt, and reason for refund
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  • Step 4: If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

For payments made via cryptocurrency (USDT, BNB), refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction. RatingMasters is not responsible for any market fluctuations.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and dispute the chargeback. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
